“LIVING LOUD,” that is what Pastor Mark and his wife Lesa are all about. Receiving the call to ministry at the age of 14, his life journey and experiences (both good and bad) all have been preparation for what God is doing right here, right now. Mark and Lesa's ministry journey over the years have taken them from Southern Indiana to the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex to complete biblical studies and later to serve  in various ministry positions including, Lead pastor, associate pastor, worship pastor and then to Southern Mexico as church planters.

After returning to Southern Indiana (Boonville) they entered the Business community where they lived out “marketplace ministry” for a number of years, owning 2 businesses that allowed them to “live their faith loud”, while serving in a support capacity at Otter Creek General Baptist Church. Over time the call back to full time pastoral ministry kept building and the prayer for “open doors” became their heart cry. That cry entered the heart of God and He opened the door at the House of Prayer and Pastor Mark and Lesa accepted the Lead Pastor position July 1st 2024.

Mark and Lesa’s mantra is “ live loud, so others don’t have to suffer in silence.” This has been their heart from day one. To see the broken, the tired and weary, the outcast, the “down and outer” as well as the “up and inner” come home to Jesus; That they can experience a life they never thought was possible through the power of the Holy Spirit.

On a personal note, Pastor Mark and Lesa have been married 43 years. They have 3 children as well as 3 bonus children Megan (Larry) Barnhill, Elijah (Jamie) Mayer and Jonathan (Kathryn) Mayer. They also have 9 grandchildren, Judah, Hannah, Moriah, Micah, Evan, Addie, Ethan, Aaron and Ellie. They also have their 2 fur babies, Joey and Reggie.
